● 閥體結(jié)構(gòu)有三種:鑄造,焊接和鍛造。
● 閥門采用帶O-形圈密封和施加預(yù)緊力的浮動閥座的結(jié)構(gòu),使平板閘閥進出口雙向密封。
● 該結(jié)構(gòu)的啟閉力矩僅為普通閥門的1/2,所以可以輕松打開和關(guān)閉閥門。
● 閥門的閥座采用軟密封圈,具有軟密封面對金屬和金屬對金屬的雙重密封,軟密封面同時擦拭閘板臟物的作用。
● 閥門的一側(cè)帶有注脂閥,油脂通過注脂器、閥座注脂孔進入密封面從而達到緊急密封的作用。
● 為延長使用壽命,閘板帶有導(dǎo)流孔,可以保護密封面不受介質(zhì)侵蝕,并且無論是閥門全開或是全關(guān)始終與密封面契合。
● 當(dāng)閥門全開狀態(tài)時,閥門通道平滑為直線,流阻系數(shù)極小,幾乎無壓力損失,可以通過清管器清掃管線。
● 本閥門采用帶自密封能力的填料結(jié)構(gòu),不需要經(jīng)常調(diào)節(jié),開、關(guān)極為輕便。
● 密封性可靠,填料處設(shè)有輔助密封油脂注入結(jié)構(gòu),解決了通用閥門填料處最容易外漏的弊病。
● 閥門關(guān)閉時能自動卸掉內(nèi)腔高壓,保證使用安全。
● 產(chǎn)品為全封閉結(jié)構(gòu),防護性能好,可適用于全天候使用條件。
● 閥門帶有位置指示器,以顯示閥啟閉位置。
● 上裝式可在維修時節(jié)省時間和費用。

The quality of forged steel parts is higher than that of cast steel parts, and they can withstand large impact forces. Their plasticity, toughness, and other mechanical properties are higher than those of cast steel parts. The diameter of forged steel stop valves is generally not more than DN80, and most of them are reduced-diameter designs. Compared with cast steel stop valves of the same diameter, the flow rate is slightly lower, but the pressure and temperature range they can withstand are higher than those of cast steel valves, and their sealing performance is much better than that of cast steel stop valves, and their service life is longer. Like other stop valves, they are subject to the restrictions of the flow direction of the medium. Forged steel stop valves can be divided into straight-through stop valves (type stop valves) and direct-flow stop valves (Y-type stop valves) according to installation positions.
雙瓣式止回閥具有兩個半圓形,彈簧加載閥瓣安裝在中央垂直樞軸上。當(dāng)閥門打開時,流體和彈簧的力作用于閥瓣的中心,使其首先從底座打開。這種設(shè)計最大限度地減少了密封在開啟過程中的磨損,提高了其耐用性。當(dāng)流量減少時,由于彈簧的力量,閥瓣緩慢地向閥座移動,確保逐漸關(guān)閉。在回流過程中,閥瓣上的作用力增加,關(guān)閉速度更快,有效降低了水錘和液壓沖擊的風(fēng)險。彈簧的力量首先關(guān)閉閥瓣的頂端,防止閥瓣底部的損壞,延長密封的使用壽命。
